It’s long been a heritage of smaller Indiana town folks to gather together to celebrate Christmas in churches and homes and to welcome others to celebrate with them as well. In Parke County, we do it up big with a full three-day weekend of Parke County Country Christmas activities. This is when decorations and games, contests and carols, parties and galas prevail. In the old traditions we also hold dear, we provide holiday shopping for unique gift, homespun gifts, traditional seasonal decor, handcrafted jewelry and apparels, luscious home baked goods and jellies, Santa and a whole lot more.
In Rosedale, it’s the brand new Rosedale Country Christmas Shoppe filling the whole civic center with just those special items our visitors might want as well as providing warm chicken noodle dinners on Saturday and Sunday to our hungry shopper guests. As lights twinkle and music fills the air, you can comfortably shop at your leisure at Rosedale’s Country Christmas Shoppe.
